Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Visit our website and log into your account.
- Go to your order history and locate the order you wish to return.
- Click “Return Item” and follow the on-screen instructions.
- You will receive a return shipping label via email.
- Securely pack the item(s) in its original packaging, and affix the return shipping label.
- Drop off the package at the designated carrier location.
Return Shipping Costs
- Standard Returns: We will cover the return shipping cost for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Change of Mind Returns: You will be responsible for the return shipping cost for items returned due to a change of mind. You can choose your preferred carrier and shipping method.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund according to the following conditions:
- Original Payment Method: If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be credited back to the original card used for the purchase.
- Store Credit: For faster processing, we may offer a store credit in the amount of your return at our discretion.
